			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you have not heard the big news we just wanted to take a moment and send you this news flash.  Havis Shields Equipment Corporation has merged with LEDCO-Chargeguard.</p>
<p>LEDCO is known best for its innovative docking station solutions for Dell, Panasonic and General Dynamics laptop computers used in mobile computing applications for police, fire/EMS and public works applications. LEDCO also carries creative mounting solutions for mobile data computers when a docking station is not used. Chargeguard is the leader in manufacturing battery saving devices. Options include selecting time out mode for turning off peripherals (i.e. computers, radios, scanners, etc.) or allowing an automatic detection of vehicle voltage and shutdown.</p>
